1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 working days depending on your location.
  • Remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders (if applicable)
  • A small shipping fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email
  • You can track your order in real-time using the provided link

5. Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to:
    • Courier issues
    • Weather conditions
    • Public holidays

📌 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will support you in tracking your order.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address or contact details

7. Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If the order is not accepted or delivery fails, it may be returned to us (RTO)
  • In such cases:
    • Re-shipping charges may apply
    • Advance payment may be required for re-dispatch

8. Damaged Package

  • If you receive a damaged package:
    • Record an unboxing video
    • Contact us within 48 hours
